Please observe our 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Any cancellation or change of an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in an automatic charge of a $120 cancellation fee.
For any unused service package (i.e. when the client has not received any treatment as part of the package), the client may request a refund within fifteen (15) days of purchase. All refunds will be in the original form of payment, and are not subject to fees. Refund requests should be made in person or emailed to: email@example.com.
We cannot process refunds over the phone. We do not accept refund requests made after 15 days of purchase or once the client has used any portion of a service package. In that event, we are happy to offer an exchange of unused services for other services (whether a package or individual treatment) of equal value.
We will provide a copy of this Refund Policy upon request.
