Cancellations
Please observe our 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Any cancellation or change of an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in an automatic charge of 100% of the service value, including package holders. No exceptions.
Refunds
At Berry Blonde Spa, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care, services, and products tailored to each guest. Because our services and products require time, resources, and preparation, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Services
- Once a service has been rendered, payment is non-refundable.
- If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the spa. We will do our best to address your concerns at that time.
- Prepaid packages, memberships, and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Products
- All retail product sales are final. For reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our premises.
Deposits & Cancellations
- Deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable.
- In the event of rescheduling, deposits may be applied to a future service if proper notice is provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in cases of:
- Billing errors
- Duplicate charges
Berry Blonde Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these terms. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy.
