This treatment was designed by Dorota , a Lymphatic Drainage Specialist in Manhattan, with advanced, innovative, globally informed training in pressure points, manual lymphatic drainage, and women’s wellness support.

This is a soft, rhythmic postpartum and lymphatic drainage massage that focuses on helping your system move excess fluid, ease bloating and puffiness, and bring a sense of lightness back into your body. The pressure is very gentle and precise, not deep tissue, not aggressive, perfect for a body that has just done something huge.

You’ll be positioned comfortably with plenty of support for your back, hips, and chest (especially important if you’re breastfeeding or chest-feeding). Your session may include:

  • Lymphatic drainage for legs, ankles, and feet to ease postpartum swelling and fluid retention
  • Gentle work around the belly and waist to help you feel more “contained” and supported in your core (always respecting your comfort and healing status)

    It depends on your birth and your provider’s guidance. Many women start with very gentle work a few weeks postpartum, while others wait until their 6-week check-up or later, especially after a C-section. Always follow your OB or midwife’s recommendations and let us know how far postpartum you are and how you’re feeling.
  2. Is this safe if I had a C-section?
    Yes, once your provider has cleared you for bodywork. In early stages, we work around the area, focusing on overall lymphatic flow and general comfort. Direct scar-area work only happens later in healing, is extremely gentle, and always guided by your comfort and medical clearance.
  3. Will this help with my postpartum belly?
    This treatment is not a fat-loss or tightening procedure. However, lymphatic drainage, gentle abdominal work, and upper-body release can help you feel less bloated, less puffy, and more “organized” in your midsection. Many women say their belly feels more supported and less “congested” afterward.
  4. Can I come if I’m breastfeeding or pumping?
