This treatment was designed by Dorota, a Lymphatic Drainage Specialist in Manhattan, with advanced, innovative, globally informed training in pressure points, manual lymphatic drainage, and women’s wellness support.

This is a very gentle form of prenatal massage and lymphatic drainage treatment designed to support your body’s natural fluid movement while you’re growing a baby. The touch is soft, rhythmic, and calming, no deep pressure, no intense stretching, nothing that feels risky or overwhelming for a pregnant body.

You’ll be positioned in cozy, side-lying or semi-reclined positions with lots of pillows and support so your back, hips, and bump feel safe and relaxed. Your session may include:

  • Lymphatic drainage for legs, ankles, and feet to ease pregnancy swelling, fluid retention, and that “my legs feel like concrete” sensation
  • Gentle work for calves and thighs to support circulation and soothe tired, restless legs

    This treatment is primarily focused on limbs and overall lymphatic flow. Any contact near the belly is extremely light, external, and only if you’re fully comfortable with it. Many pregnant clients prefer we skip the bump and focus on legs, feet, and upper body, and that’s absolutely fine.
  2. When in pregnancy can I start this treatment?
    Many women start in the second trimester and continue well into the third trimester, when swelling, heaviness, and discomfort usually increase. The right timing depends on how you feel and your provider’s guidance. We follow a “safety first” approach and always respect your OB or midwife’s recommendations. We always recommend checking with your medical provider before starting any treatment with us.
  3. How will I feel afterward?
